Our Values

The culture at In-Sync embodies the values that are central to the vision of the organisation and its founders. These values are our guiding principles and define the framework within which our community operates.

Foremost among these is an abiding respect for each child in our care. We strive for consistecy in our program which is reflected in the style of our interaction, the richness and breadth of the activities offered, and reflected in our daily program and of the diversity of families we serve.

Our shared philosophy, goals and objectives provide a guiding framework which therapists draw from and build upon by using their own experience and creativity. Our hope is to be a significant source of support for each family whilst providing a caring and learning environment for each child.
